Academic Qualification Any Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA (2020 or earlier passing out)

Details of the Training & Takeaways The first 2 weeks will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of "On-the-Job Training," both at the BDT Training Location. You will be assessed and monitored during your training program. Additional performance incentives will be applicable during your training period. Until our offices reopen, your training will happen in the 'Work from Home' mode. Once our offices are open, your training will shift to the BDT Training Location. During the time, get a thorough understanding of the organization, products, and the growth opportunities that lie ahead of you before you appear for the final round of the ), one day for preparation and then followed by the interview process on the fourth day—also, interview.

Final Interview & Selection Upon completing training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, you will be confirmed as BDA - Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) or BDA - Inside Sales (at 8 LPA). It will be a 4-day process, with 2 days of training (3 hours each day only after confirmation of the BDA role, you will start work at your 'Role Location' (unless joining and training is being held at your role location itself).

Locations We are hiring for all across the country with more than 70 cities in all the states barring Goa and North East. All the other regions have requirements and are being hired for as well.

Note for candidates confirmed as BDA-Direct Sales: In the unlikely scenario where the Direct Sales Model does not resume your role location at the end of your Training Program, you will be offered the BDA-Inside Sales (at 8 LPA) role in Bengaluru. You will relocate to your role location as BDA-Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) as soon as the Direct Sales model begins at your role location.
